South Texas Medieval Fantasy Faire vendor area will be open: Friday, December 07 2:00 pm – 8:00 pm Saturday, December 08 11:00 am – 8:00 pm Sunday, December 09 11:00 am – 5:00 pm South Texas Medieval Fantasy Faire is being held at The West Guth Park 9705 Up River Road Corpus Christi, TX 78405 Food vendors will be able to set up from 8:00 am – 1:30 pm on Friday, December 07, 2007 In signing this contract, I agree to the following conditions: No beverages will be sold by any food vendor. Food vendors and workers must have Food Handler’s permit and also be prepared to obtain or have a temporary food permit from the Nueces County Health Department on site. I understand that I am responsible for any trash left at my booth and will keep my space clean and clutter-free. Because of the time necessary to clean up an area that has been left cluttered with boxes, trash, etc., a cleanup fee of up to $50 may be assessed if SOUTH TEXAS MEDIEVAL FANTASY FAIRE has to clean up your area. I further understand that all trash must be cleared from my site by the end of the weekend after faire closes. I agree that my booth will be open every day for the entire run of the festival. If a situation arises which prevents me from opening or causes me to leave early, I will make arrangements for someone to open my shop for me. I will notify the vendor coordinator and/or the main office immediately of any such situation. If I choose to pull out before the end of the faire, I understand that I will not be offered a contract for the next faire nor a refund on my booth fee. In cased of emergency, renewal of contracts will be considered. I will have my products off loaded from my vehicle and my vehicle off the festival site no later than 9:30 am each festival morning. If I bring a pet to the site, I will keep that pet leashed and out of site of faire visitors. I will not walk my pet on the faire grounds during open hours and will be vigilant in cleaning up anything my pet deposits anywhere on the faire grounds. I agree to keep the area around my shop clean and free of debris at all times during the festival and the area surrounding my shop will be left as clean as I found it. I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure the good conduct of any children that are in my card during the festival. This includes ensuring that they always wear shoes and do not heckle or harass our performers or our patrons. I further understand that I may have to arrange off-site care for my charges if the misconduct continues after I’ve been notified of the misconduct. Release and Indemnification Agreement: By agreeing to exhibit at the South Texas Medieval Fantasy Faire, exhibitor agrees to protect, keep, and save South Texas Medieval Fantasy Faire and the City of Corpus Christi forever harmless from any damage, loss, theft, cost, liability, act of God, war, terrorism, or expense that arises from their exhibiting at this faire. This agreement covers full setup, run of the faire, and teardown. By signing contract, you are indicating your approval of all information contained. The undersigned agrees to provide its own insurance and agrees that the City of Corpus Christi and the SOUTH TEXAS MEDIEVAL FANTASY FAIRE planning committee will not provide any insurance for the undersigned for any purpose. The undersigned further certifies that he/she has authority for the organization represented. ABSOLUTLY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.
